Challenge: Migrant Help, a dedicated organisation in the asylum sector, approached us for a video capturing their first face-to-face event in London. The challenge was that they weren't entirely sure what they wanted from the video.
Solution: We started with an initial video strategy consultation, aiming to discover the most effective uses for the video content. After thoughtful discussions, we outlined three primary purposes for the video:

During the event, we documented the entire day with an emphasis on capturing moments that would contribute to the highlights video. Additionally, we employed live audio feeds and a multi camera setup to ensure professional video recording of panel discussions, making them suitable as educational resources.
The outcome: In the post-production stage, we skill fully merged all the captured footage into a polished video. We edited, added music, and breathed life into the story of the event. The key was to convey not only the caring nature of Migrant Help but also the heartwarming aspect of the event itself, full of networking, collaboration, and even moments of joy despite addressing challenging topics.
